1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ary303", "we", "us", "our" — refers to ary303 and its operating entity, which holds the international gaming license under which this platform is operated.
• "Platform" — the ary303 website accessible at https://ary303.app, including all sub-pages, the sportsbook, live casino, slots, fish shooting, and in-play betting products hosted therein.
• "Player", "you", "your" — any individual who accesses the Platform, registers an account, or places a wager through the ary303 service.
• "Account" — the registered player account created on the Platform, through which all deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are managed.
• "Balance" — the total IDR-denominated funds held in a Player's Account, comprising Real Money Balance and, where applicable, Bonus Balance.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited directly by the Player using a supported payment method, plus any cleared winnings derived from real-money wagers.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits awarded by ary303, which are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission of government-issued identity documents and proof of payment method ownership, as required by ary303 before processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total value of bets a Player must place before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x).
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used by ary303 for all operational matters including customer support hours, draw times, and promotional deadlines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and ary303 governing your use of the Platform.

You accept these Terms by any one of the following actions: (a) clicking an acceptance checkbox during the account registration process; (b) completing registration and activating your ary303 Account; or (c) accessing any feature of the Platform after these Terms have been published or updated.

ary303 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active ary303 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system).
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your Account remains active.
3. You must have the full legal capacity under Indonesian law to enter into a binding agreement.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ary303 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processors.
5. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online betting in your location before registering.
6. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily by yourself through ary303's responsible gaming tools or by any competent authority.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the ary303 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile phone number. You must promptly update your account details if any of this information changes.

ary303 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify the accuracy of registration information. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in Account suspension pending verification.

ary303 does not accept registrations from persons using virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy services, or other tools designed to mask the true geographic origin of an account registration where such use violates these Terms or applicable law.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ary303 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

ary303 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Account security settings panel. This provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ary303 customer support immediately via live chat. ary303 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials or have shared them with a third party.

6 Deposits

ary303 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. ary303 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice. ary303 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard inter-bank processing times during WIB banking hours.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the Player's own legal name and previously used for a deposit on the same Account. ary303 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or virtual payment accounts not explicitly listed as supported withdrawal methods.

Before processing your first withdrawal, ary303 requires completion of KYC identity verification. Documents typically required include: (a) a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National ID / KTP, Passport, or SIM); and (b) proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your e-wallet app or bank statement). Additional documentation may be requested at ary303's discretion.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically within 15 minutes of approval, subject to provider availability.
• Local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata): typically within 1–3 hours during standard WIB banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday–Saturday).

ary303 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests of unusually large amounts or those flagged by our fraud detection systems. Such reviews are completed as promptly as possible and will not exceed 5 business days in standard circumstances.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

ary303 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, qualifying game restrictions, and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions that apply across all ary303 promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus funds must be used within the promotional validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Where a wagering requirement applies, the requirement must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bets placed on certain games or markets may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• ary303 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. In the event of a promotion being withdrawn, any wagering requirement already in progress at the time of withdrawal will be honored until its natural expiry.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using bonus funds, or collusion between accounts to generate bonus wagering — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

9 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ary303 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sportsbook (including bandar bola, sports betting on football and other events), in-play betting, live casino, slots, and fish shooting games. Product-specific rules are available within each game or market interface.

The following general betting rules apply platform-wide:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the ary303 system. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement except where a product-specific cash-out function is available and the Player elects to use it before the relevant event is settled.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including server failure, game software errors, or payment processing interruptions — ary303 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Player Accounts. ary303 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from technical interruptions.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds or market prices resulting from a manifest technical error on the part of ary303 will be void. ary303 will endeavor to notify affected Players promptly and return stakes.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per game title. These limits are displayed in the relevant product interface and are subject to change.
• ary303 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout available to any individual Player at its sole discretion, particularly where a pattern of professional or arbitrage betting is detected.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ary303 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing hole-card information in live poker games or coordinating bets across multiple accounts.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any transaction intended to conceal the origin of illegally obtained funds. ary303 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant international anti-money laundering authorities.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with ary303 customer support.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including a minor.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward ary303 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ary303 Platform — including but not limited to the ary303 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, odds data, and marketing copy — is the intellectual property of ary303 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit: (a) copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content; (b) reverse-engineering any software; (c) creating derivative works; or (d) using the ary303 brand or logo without prior written consent.

12 Privacy & Data

ary303 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data practices include: secure storage of KYC documents using AES-256 encryption; processing of transaction data for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance; and use of session data to personalize your Platform experience. ary303 does not sell personal data to third-party marketers.

13 Responsible Gaming

ary303 is committed to providing a safe betting environment. All Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in IDR.
• Loss Limits: restrict the maximum net loss within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: set a maximum continuous session duration after which you are automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Reminders: receive periodic on-screen notifications showing time elapsed and net session result.
• Cool-Off Period: suspend betting activity for a short period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without full account closure.
• Self-Exclusion: permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ary303's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ary303 is not liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or ary303 had been advised of its possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage.
• Loss caused by interruptions to Platform availability, including scheduled or emergency maintenance downtime.
• Loss caused by a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ary303's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15 Account Suspension & Closure

ary303 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the Player with their bank or e-wallet provider.
• A Player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement.

In the event of Account closure for cause, ary303 may withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where the Account is closed without cause, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

16 Amendments to These Terms

ary303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice posted on the Platform homepage or, where required, by email to the address registered on your Account. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining Real Money Balance before the effective date of the change.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ary303's operating entity is incorporated and licensed. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration body designated by ary303's licensing authority.

ary303 encourages Players to contact customer support as the first step in resolving any dispute. The majority of account-related queries are resolved within 48 hours of initial contact. Where a dispute relates to a bet settlement or technical malfunction, ary303's internal resolution process will be completed within 14 calendar days of the dispute being formally logged. ary303's decision in such matters is final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review right under the relevant gaming license.
